Associate – What is it?

RICS Associate is our new entry-level qualification. It provides an opportunity for those with work experience and/or relevant vocational qualifications to gain recognition of their skills in land, property and construction sectors.

RICS Associate is the only entry-level qualification for professionals in land property and construction that rigorously assesses competence based on technical skills attained through work experience.

AssocRICS is a valuable qualification providing clear evidence that your employees are highly competent and that they adhere to RICS Rules of Conduct and ethical standards in the same way as all RICS members.

For those wishing to progress to chartered status, the qualification provides a stepping stone to achieving full professional membership (MRICS).
